Gil Webber Doll is the fresh-water son of the River Monster, who wears a water helmet around his head. He wears a letterman jacket and is on the swim team. He is laid-back and sensitive. Out of all of the jocks, Gil seems to be the most considerate, as seen when he tried to help Frankie Stein hook up Slow-Moe and Ghoulia Yelps. He also avoided his love interest Lagoona Blue out of fear of hurting her feelings.
